Returns Policy

We hope you love your Sorelle purchase…

…But in case you don’t here’s our returns policy for in store and online purchases.

 

In Store

Items can be returned for a refund only if they are faulty.

We do offer an exchange for another item within 28 days of purchase, provided an original receipt is presented and the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Earrings are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons.

Items returned with a gift receipt will be eligible for exchange only.

 

Online

Items can be returned for a refund only if they are faulty.

We do offer an exchange for another item within 28 days of purchase, provided an order number is presented and the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Please email returns@sorellejewllery.co.uk stating your full name, order number, reason for return and the item you wish to exchange for. After you have received confirmation that Sorelle are happy to accept your return, you will then send the item back to us.
