I ordered a beautiful Eliza Gracious necklace from Sorelle.
There was a small problem with Apple Pay, defaulting to... ‘collection’ rather than delivery. I am nowhere near the store - eek.
So I emailed the store to explain and ask if they could ship it anyway - they responded immediately and shipped it a few days later as expected.
Postal strikes have made it hard to track deliveries so I asked for the shipping date - again they responded instantly.
Later that same day the parcel arrived. It was beautifully wrapped and looks amazing.
But! Not to be content with amazing service so far, Sorelle actually followed up again to see if I had received it and was I happy.

My lovely husband bought me an absolutely gorgeous necklace from Sorelle today (tree of life in rose gold by Hot... I love this shop ,it as the most gorgeous jewellery and watches ,great shop if you want to buy gifts for someone... special or if like me I always buy myself something ,they also stock lovely clothes and scarves but most of all the ladies that own it are very friendly and don't pressure sell so your free to just browse without feeling intimidated. After getting a bracelet for my birthday which I love popped in to the shop today. T2 lovely ladies own the shop. Very... helpful in helping me with my purchase. Got a gorgeous really unusual ring with matching chain like a choker type it's gorgeous. The displays are very good and everything priced so you don't have that awkward moment of asking. Display cabinets are really great. No pressure to buy and plenty of helpful advice.

Wow.....I love this shop!
If you want something that's a little bit individual or different from the 'normal High... Street offerings' then this is definately the place to go to.
The shop looks really great, has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the choice of jewellery is amazing plus Kim & Kate are so helpful & kind (I'd been in the store 2 minutes and felt like I'd known them both forever)
